Families are accused of child abuse and neglect by Child Protective Services (CPS), the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS), Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (Scottish Rite and Eggleston), Hugh Spalding Children’s Hospital, and/or the police. We also represent families in Child Abuse Registry Hearings and appeals that result from child abuse and neglect cases.
